This v-log is of me setting up my monster/godly computer and then zooming into it to give the viewers a quick insite into the digital world and other components to a computer.

Gaming World

-(Final Fantasy 7)

Being the gaming freak that I am. I decided to review design blogs that were based around king(popular)video games. The three links above all link to famous games that are known to all in the gaming realm.
I selected these three links because these are what I would like my blog to eventually grow to be. Visually these blogs were stunning with High definition pictures and easy navigation. It influenced me by how a blogs presentation draw more attension to what the actual content is. Instead of just bucket loads of writing it has video links, pictures that link towards what there discussing and in some cases sound that could be activated while blogging. Also it was easy reading they weren't out there to show off the best vocabulary seen to mankind. They were writing for the soul purpose to inform and discuss.

Review

Upon my journey into the blogging world i have come across great blogs and poo blogs. After over viewing my fellow students blogs i would like to shout out to one blog in particular nay lins v-log and the effects of the lights, mean. Also the overall feeling and how each post relates to each other makes for a hearty blog. Overall, I have been enlightened on a new way of communication and getting myself out there on the web. ch'yeaaa

Digital world

11/7/08
This picture displayed above this text was the third project i had to complete in my paper 104 (introduction to computers) in my first trimester and Victoria university. We had to create a digital world (Using Unreal Tournament 2004) that could be easily navigated and create interaction between the game itself and the player who was playing it. With our imaginations as our only limitations we were forced to break out of the "square" and explore into a dimension that was outside our comfort zone. Every detail of the map we had to create. From the terrain that were walking on, to the textures applied to object. The world was literally in our hands. But it wasn't just making a world that was visually exciting. We had to create interaction within it. This could be walking into a light that could teleport you to another place, shooting a certain piece of wood so the whole wall collapse and revealed a new path way or walking over certain areas with a message popping up giving you clues on where to go or what to do. In my map i had a catapult that would launch you into the castle, a underground mining system that you were taken to the dungeon of the castle (after passing a few obstacles) and a wizardry room that had moving books for each step you took. But as university is never as simple as it seems we had to relate, take inspiration from a certain precedent.
The organization i decided to fuel my project was called Pyop
why did i use this as my inspiration? because their quality of there advertisement and mini clips were top notch. The graphics, music and abstracted ideas were a perfect recipe to build my project off. Shout out to my man king/sensei Rufus who guided me on my way without you my project would have been as good as cancer kia ora.
